Prop Hub Partner Program Terms

1. Eligibility

Any adult individual or company may become a partner once a manager has reviewed the application. We may decline an application without giving a reason. No exclusivity is required: partners may work with any other programs.

2. Models and rates

• RevShare: 30% (Start, up to $5,000 in payments a month), 35% (Pro, $5,000–20,000), 40% (Elite, $20,000+); up to 50% under a custom agreement.
• CPA per first challenge payment: $12 ($1,000 account), $50 ($10,000), $120 ($25,000), $200 ($50,000).
• Hybrid: 20% of the first payment + 15% of all trader payments.
• Sub-affiliate program: 5% of referred partners' income, paid by Prop Hub.
• Custom terms are recorded in the partner dashboard and take precedence over standard terms.

3. Commission base

Commission is calculated on every trader payment (first challenge, repeat purchases, upgrades) after any promo-code discount. Trader payouts, bonuses and Prop Hub's costs are not deducted. There is no negative carryover.

Not paid: sign-ups, the free trial account, refunds and payments found to be fraudulent.

4. Attribution

• The cookie lasts 90 days, last-click model.
• A partner's promo code takes precedence over the cookie.
• Once a trader signs up, they are attributed to the partner for life.

5. Payouts

• Withdrawals are available 24/7 in USDT (TRC-20, BEP-20) and USDC. Minimum $20. Program fee 0%.
• No hold applies to commission on crypto payments. Other payment methods, if added, may carry a hold of up to 30 days, shown in the dashboard.
• The partner is responsible for correct wallet details. Blockchain transactions are irreversible.

6. Allowed sources

Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google UAC and in-app, push, pop, native, Telegram (placements, channels, Ads), SEO, YouTube, streams, opt-in email and messengers. Other sources must be agreed with a manager.

7. Prohibited

• Search ads bidding on the Prop Hub brand or its misspellings.
• Promising guaranteed income or presenting Prop Hub as a casino or an investment with guaranteed returns.
• Fake news, or using celebrities' faces or names without consent.
• Spam, incentivized traffic, cookie stuffing.
• Self-referral, multi-accounting, farming the free $100 account, hedging positions across linked accounts.
• Traffic from the US or from countries on the restricted list in Prop Hub's Terms of Service.

8. Fraud and disputed traffic

If a violation is suspected, commission on the disputed traffic is frozen pending review, normally for no more than 14 days. The rest of the balance stays withdrawable. Commission from confirmed fraud is cancelled; repeated violations end participation.

9. Brand and materials

Partners use the Prop Hub brand only within the program and approved materials, do not impersonate Prop Hub and do not create sites or accounts that could be mistaken for official ones.

10. Changes to terms

We notify partners of rate and term changes at least 14 days in advance via the dashboard or Telegram. Changes never apply to commission already earned.

11. Termination

Either party may end participation at any time. Any undisputed balance is paid out as usual.

12. Taxes and compliance

Partners are responsible for their own taxes and for complying with the laws of their country, including advertising rules.
